How Can the Use of Goodwill, Meditation and Other Spiritual Practices A Roundtable How Can We, As Spiritual Beings, Help the Work of the United Nations? A Talk by Don Conte The key words in this statement are "as Spiritual Beings." The Tibetan Master, Djwhal Khul, has told us that we, each of us, are part of a Greater Being than our personality selves, and when we learn how to use our higher vehicles to function on the Higher Mental and Buddhic Sub-Planes of the Cosmic Physical Plane, as dedicated disciples, we are enabled to augment the power of our Human Personalities with the energy of Buddhi and command the help and guidance of the Adepts and other members of the Spiritual Hierarchy and then through the power of Universal Love, radiating through our aligned mortal forms, we can magnetize and infuse all thoughtforms that are less than the ideal we are seeking, with the energy and power of Buddhi or Universal Love. The Great Star SIRIUS is the originating Source of the Cosmic Ray of Love-Wisdom, Ray Two, the Ray of our Solar System. When we raise our Consciousness to the Buddhic Level, our very Monads, we have the opportunity to be empowered with this Sirian energy and-if we have done the necessary work of purification on ourselves-then we can act as focal points of Love-Wisdom from these Universal Sources and direct this energy towards the work of the United Nations. All the speeches and intellectual dialogues are nothing as compared to a focused Mind, aligned with Higher forces, as the human unit uses this Contemplative Energy to solve the problems of Humanity. When, we as individuals, work in concert with our fellow men and women of goodwill, this power of Love-Wisdom is further augmented. Unity, therefore, is a very essential goal that Humanity must achieve in order to be able to accomplish this spiritual work and empower the United Nations to do its work. |
